Use of PayFaceValue is entirely at your own risk. Buying second hand tickets from unauthorised sellers is risky, unfortunately it's the only way to get tickets to a sold out event. PayFaceValue is a facility to put you in touch with a seller - we do not (personally or professionally) have any connection with this seller and cannot give assurances of the legitimacy of their listing. We can take no responsibility for any loss, damage or inconvenience that may occur as a consequence of using this website.

Event Information

We are not promoters. Whilst we try to ensure that our data is correct, we cannot provide assurance that event information is 100% accurate. The majority of our music and festival information comes from a combination of user input and information sourced from Last.fm.

Restrictions

Tickets listed on PayFaceValue must be listed at the face value of the ticket (including booking fees/postage/expenses etc). We reserve the right to ban accounts from using the service. Whilst we try to moderate listings to ensure that tickets are listed at face value, we cannot provide assurance that every ticket will follow our guidelines.

Any tickets listed at inflated prices will be removed.

Privacy

We do not sell user information and will not pass your data on to any unidentified 3rd party. Information is shared between seller and buyer in order to facilitate the trade of tickets. By listing tickets or arranging to buy a ticket you agree to share your email address, telephone number and full name with the opposing party.

In the event that the website is used for criminal activity, we will pass any information we have relevant to the crime onto the police or investigating authority.
